Justin Jackson (seen wearing purple in the video), a top-20 recruit out of Texas, verbally committed to University of North Carolina. Jackson chose UNC over Arizona, Ohio St., Texas A&M, Washington and Virginia, and become the Tar Heels second major committment out of the junior class.
