Brian Bridgewater and Houston Hoops won the Big Foot Hoops Las Vegas Easter Showdown Saturday night.

With a number of the top teams taking the weekend off, some under the radar teams made some noise in several events. However teams like Mac Irvin Fire and All-Ohio Red continue to be mainstays.

- The Nike Spring Showdown took place in Merrillville, Ind. today with an unfamiliar team emerging as champion. In a 17U Final Four consisting of Full Package/Prymetyme and Dorian's Pride/Terry Portter Elite, the latter came out victorious. SF Deonte Burton helped the squad overcome a 6-point halftime deficit for a 70-61 win in the championship game against Prymetyme.

In the 16U division, Mac Irvin Fire rode the big shoulders of freshman Jahlil Okafor to 20 points in a 85-69 championship win over Rising Stars.

- A quarterfinal rematch between All-Ohio Red and D.C. Assault from last week's Pitt Jam Fest decided the champion of the King James Shooting Stars Classic in Akron, Ohio. Rutgers commit Jordan Goodman scored 28 for the D.C. team but couldn't lead them to a victory, losing 74-66 in the 17U division.

In the 16U Division, Ohio Varsity backed up their win over the Eric Gordon All-Stars last week with a championship game win over Martin Wolverines. The Atlanta Knicks and the New York Gauchos were the other teams in the semifinals.

- The Bigfoot Hoops Las Vegas Easter Showdown wrapped up last night. The backcourt trio of Rasheed Sulaimon, L.J. Rose and J-Mychal Reese went undefeated to win the 17U championship over Louisiana Select.

The Oakland Kings 2013 beat the Las Vegas Prospects to emerge as the champions of the 16U Division.
