Julius Randle and the No. 1 Texas Titans have Peach Jam title aspirations.

After stops in Minnesota, Virginia and California, the EYBL finals will be held July 19-22 at Peach Jam in South Carolina. The nation’s top 24 Nike teams from the EYBL regular season will compete in a pool play round followed by an eight-team playoff bracket to determine the 2012 EYBL Champion.

The top five teams from each of the four divisions were given automatic bids for Peach Jam, while an additional four teams received Wild Card bids.

The four number seeds for Peach Jam include: California Supreme, Indy Spiece, CIA Bounce and Meanstreets.

Over 300 college coaches will be front and center watching the nation’s finest prospects, including Andrew Wiggins of CIA Bounce, Mac Irvin Fire’s Jahlil Okafor, and Justise Winslow of Houston Hoops.

With many of the best teams in the country competing, it is hard to pick a favorite. Some likely contenders include CIA Bounce, the Oakland Soldiers, Meanstreets and All-Ohio Red.

CIA Bounce finished with the best EYBL record at 17-3, followed closely by California Supreme and All-Ohio Red (16-4 each). The Texas Titans and Houston Hoops were both 15-5.

Fivestarbasketball.com will have content all week from Peach Jam, including highlights, interviews and recruiting news.
