Okafor: All about preparation

Whitney Young's 6-10 sophomore standout, Jahlil Okafor, will be in Colorado Springs this weekend for the USA Basketball Men’s Developmental National Team mini-camp, preparing for next summer's 17U World Championship.

Before he left, though, Okafor put together a video blog of one of his preseason workouts, and talks about his upcoming goals and exciting games on the schedule this season.
