17U Power Rankings: Week 13

This is what it's all about. With July in full swing, we will now get the chance to see the best of the best play one another — not to mention some of the best head-to-head matchups like Andrew Wiggins vs. Jabari Parker. With the ad idas Invitational just starting and Peach Jam around the corner, we indeed have plenty of heavyweight matchups on our hands. Let the games begin.

The Titans will enter Peach Jam next week as our No. 1 team and star Julius Randle looks to be primed to go, as evidenced by his aerial assaults on the rim at the LeBron James Skils Academy.
2	2	California Supreme Los Angeles, Calif.	Key Win: All-Ohio Red Key Loss: Mac Irvin Fire
Cali Supreme has a great chance to unseat the Titans as our No. 1 team, and they will get things started by facing MoKan Elite, Arkansas Wings, and the CP3 All-Stars in its first three games.
3	3	Meanstreets Chicago, Ill.	Key Wins: CIA Bounce, Houston Hoops Key Losses: Oakland Soldiers, Boo Williams
The boys from Chi-town have already beaten CIA Bounce this year and will have a top-5 showdown at Peach Jam with All-Ohio Red on July 20th.
4	4	All-Ohio Red Columbus, Ohio	Key Wins: CP3, Mac Irvin Fire Key Loss: California Supreme
All Ohio Red will be favored to take care of The Family, B'More Elite and E1T1, but all bets are off against Meanstreets.
5	5	CIA Bounce Brampton, Ontario	Key Win: Houston Hoops Key Loss: Meanstreets
CIA Bounce will face both the Titans and Mac Irvin in pool play, which means we'll get the latest of Wiggins vs. Randle and Wiggins vs. Parker. Whoever wins the head-to-head should give their respective teams the edge and give us some highlights like this.
6	6	Dream Vision Las Vegas, Nev.	Championships: Real Deal in the Rock Key Loss: Paul George Elite
Dream Vision has a favorable pool schedule at adidas. They will have to watch out for a very good Michigan Mustangs team, but they should emerge from Pool 4.
7	7	D.C. Assault Washington, D.C.	Key Win: Illinois Wolves Key Loss: Milwaukee Runnin' Rebels
D.C. Assault will head to Milwaukee next week for the UA Summer Jam, July 18-22
8	8	Garner Road Bulldogs Raleigh, N.C.	Key Win: Dream Vision (adidas VIP) Key Loss: Michigan Mustangs, Florida Rams
Isaiah Hicks and Anton Gill may very well lead Garner Road to an adidas title. They've proven they can beat Dream Vision and with the loss of Brannen Greene, Florida Elite is more vulnerable than before.
9	10	Oakland Soldiers Oakland, Calif.	Key Wins: Houston Hoops, Meanstreets Key Losses: Howard Pulley, Boo Williams
The Soldiers will have the opportunity to avenge an earlier loss to Boo Williams when the two square off in pool play at Peach Jam.
10	11	CP3 All-Stars Winston-Salem, N.C.	Key Wins: E1T1, Texas Titans, Mac Irvin Fire Key Loss: All-Ohio Red
The CP3 All-Stars will have their Invitational this weekend as a nice prep to Peach Jam. Check out some instructional content from Chris Paul's recent camp.
11	12	Houston Defenders Houston, Texas	Key Win: KC Run GMC Key Loss: Net Gain Sports
Regardless of where they're playing, the Harrison twins — who hold offers from Baylor, Kentucky, and others — make them a perennial top-25 club. And in case you haven't seen it, check out our video feature on the Defenders.
12	9	Florida Elite St. Petersburg, Fla.	Key Wins: Eric Gordon All-Stars, Michigan Mustangs, Team Nashville, Garner Road Key Loss: Terry Porter Elite
After a week of turmoil, the team from Florida has a new name and is down one of their best players (Brannen Greene). We await word on whether or not Kasey Hill and Chris Walker will follow.
13	13	Michigan Mustangs	Key Wins: Wisconsin Swing, Garner Road Key Loss: Florida Rams
The under-the-radar Mustangs are looking to pull off an upset special against Dream Vision at adidas.
14	14	Sports U. Newark, N.J.	Key Wins: Houston Defenders, Compton Magic, Rumble in the Bronx Key Loss: Milwaukee Runnin' Rebels
Sports U. was idle but their 15's scored a big win over The City 16U this past week.
15	15	Eric Gordon All-Stars Indianapolis, Ind.	Key Wins: indyball.com championship Key Losses: Florida Rams, Terry Porter Elite
One of our games to watch: EG All-Stars vs. the Atlanta Celtics. The All-Stars haven't really proven themselves against top competition — now's their chance.
16	16	Each 1 Teach 1	Key Win: Texas Titans Key Losses: CP3, Mac Irvin Fire
Don't sleep on E1T1, but this wild card team has an awfully tough pool schedule, with games against Meanstreets and All-Ohio Red early on.
17	17	Team United	Key Wins: Arkansas Wings, Team Final Key Loss: Texas PRO
Team United gets things started at Peach Jam with Team Final, a squad they have dispatched before.
18	18	Mac Irvin Fire Chicago, Ill.	Key Wins: Each 1 Teach 1, California Supreme Key Losses: All-Ohio Red, Texas Titans, CP3
Can Jabari Parker lift his team above the rest in Peach Jam? His squad will have heavyweight battles with CIA Bounce and the Texas Titans in pool play.
19	19	Team Nashville Nashville, Tenn.	Key Championship: Wallace Prather Key Losses: OBC, Florida Rams
This talented Tennessee squad is playing at adidas, and is favored to emerge from a pool that includes Minnesota Pump N Run.
20	20	Houston Hoops Houston, Texas	Key Win: Howard Pulley Key Losses: Oakland Soldiers, CIA Bounce, Meanstreets
Houston Hoops has an impressive 15-5 EYBL record yet has fallen short on upsetting the top squads. Will their fortunes change at Peach Jam?
21	21	Arkansas Wings	Key Win: Wisconsin Playground Key Losses: Team Final, Team United
The Wings will be tested immediately as they face both the CP3 All-Stars and Cali Supreme on the first day of action.
22	22	Team Final Philadelphia, Pa.	Key Win: Arkansas Wings Key Loss: Team United
Team Final will have the chance to avenge its loss to Team United as the two go head-to-head next Thursday.
23	23	Illinois Wolves	Key Win: KC Run GMC Key Loss: D.C. Assault
The Wolves are scheduled to play in the Chicago Summer Challenge, July 12-15, before heading off to the NY2LA event next week.
24	24	Terry Porter Elite Milwaukee, Wisc.	Key Wins: Florida Rams, Eric Gordon All-Stars Key Loss: M33M
TP Elite was idle but they stay put for now.
25	25	Milwaukee Runnin' Rebels Milwaukee, Wisc.	Key Wins: D.C. Assault, Sports U. Key Loss: Net Gain
The Running Rebels round out the top 25, but keep an eye out for our best of the rest who can displace them with strong showings at events this week.
