14U Power Rankings: Week 5: May 9, 2012

14U sees a quiet start to May

After two straight crazy weekends on the circuit, there was almost no movement on the 14U level this week. That will change soon however, with just about every team in action this weekend.

1	1	Dunk Dog New Orleans, La.
Dunk Dog proved it was worth of the No. 1 ranking last week. This week, they were off.
2	3	Team SCAN New York, N.Y.
Team SCAN did not play, but looks to join their 16U counterparts at the top soon.
3	4	California Basketball Club Los Angeles, Calif.
Cali Style has made a habit of playing up and winning, and as a result, they are in the top three.
4	2	Team Bibby Phoenix, Ariz.
Team Bibby was the only ranked team to play this week. They played with the 15s at a Cinco de Mayo tournament and won three games before losing to Aces Red in the semis.
5	5	Team Penny Memphis, Tenn.
The Team Penny 14s were off, but several of their players spent the weekend helping the 15s win an AAU qualifier in Memphis.
6	6	Dream Vision Las Vegas, Nev.
It was a quiet week for Dream Vision who will get back at it on May 18 at EBO.
7	7	Boo Williams
Boo Williams also didn't play, but they stay in the top ten partly due to a slow week.
8	8	D.C. Assault Washington, D.C.
The Southern Jam Fest looms for all of D.C. Assault's teams. It will be a chance for them to prove they have one of the best programs in the nation.
9	9	Team Takeover Washington, D.C.
Team Takeover enjoys another week off with a spot in the top ten.
10	10	Playaz Basketball Club (N.J.) Paterson, N.J.
Next up for the Playaz is The Tuneup on May 18.
